3月30日 ，冯潇上海申花球員馮瀟霆網上發布狀態，霆再谈上吐槽談論了自己上綜藝節目的类节感觸 。
馮瀟霆寫道 ：來到上海後第一個請我吃飯的目笑 ，是不代表遗程璐老師，之後我們便經常聚在一起 ，忘痛就像這次我們的记生下午茶一樣 。
程璐老師仿佛天生有一種魔力 ，冯潇會讓身邊的霆再谈上吐槽人都很快樂 ，哪怕是类节在巨大的壓力時他也依然保持樂觀 。
王小波曾說 ，目笑生活就是不代表遗個慢慢收錘的過程，人一天天老去 ，忘痛奢望也一天天消逝 ，记生最後變得像挨了錘的冯潇牛一樣 ，可在程璐身上我卻看到了另外的樣子，他就像打了雞血 ，永遠有活力 ，永遠生猛，仿佛誰都錘不了他 。
這次我們的聊天有自嘲也有憧憬 ，皆是我們對生活的熱愛和態度 ，那些敏感話題也都沒有回避一一聊起 ，因為如果連麵對指責的勇氣都沒有，那得多讓人失望啊 。不過每逢提起這些時 ，無論過去多久依然難以忘懷 ，老人們常說笑對人生 ，一笑而過 ，可看上去笑的越雲淡風清，其實內心就越痛 ，笑並不代表遺忘，有些痛銘記一生 。
每個人呢 ，都是有熬不過去的時候 ，那就把人生路上已經取得的成就和攻克的難關一個一個的寫下來 ，數一數 ，告訴自己已經走了很遠了，今天的負重前行是因為我們向往今後的歲月靜好 。
