北京時間3月7日消息 ，泰山泰山晚報記者牛誌明在個人社交平台上透露了泰山隊教練組的前国一些變化 ，牛誌明表示前國腳崔鵬將進入到郝偉的脚崔教練組 ，上賽季的鹏任助教韓鵬和周海濱將返回魯能足校任教 。
牛誌明在個人社交平台上寫道 ：“黃博文加入U19國青的线队教練組 ，擔任訓練員 ，助教周海足校其實球員職業生涯也結束了 。辅佐崔鵬加入泰山隊的郝伟韩鹏教練組 ，現在消息是滨返擔任助教 ，也是任教新的開始 ，球員生涯也結束了。泰山看著和我同齡的前国球員都在轉型 ，也是脚崔好事 ，畢竟這批80後的鹏任球員 ，職業生涯都還是线队很不錯的，上次國字號進世青賽和世少賽 ，也是80後的兩批球員 。他們能當教練 ，這也是好事。”
“上賽季韓鵬和周海濱、矯喆擔任泰山隊的助教 ，效果不錯 ，其實隊內還有範學偉、薑勇等泰山隊舊將 ，包括唐曉程 、於遠偉也在，上賽季劉金東執教泰安衝乙 ，也是很好的突破 。新賽季 ，劉金東繼續擔任泰安天貺的主帥，祝福大家都好運 。韓鵬和周海濱去足校梯隊任教 ，這也是一次新的嚐試和突破 。”
早些時候，牛誌明還在社交平台上透露了泰山隊的引援情況 ，他表示 ：“葡萄牙媒體報道了 ，葡超聖克拉拉的克雷桑 ，有望加盟泰山隊 ，身高接近1米90 ，25歲 ，大部分時間踢邊鋒 ，也能踢中鋒 ，這個身高在中超踢個中鋒應該沒問題 ，就是要看效果。當然 ，一切等官宣吧 ！至於之前傳聞的伊尤岑科 ，確實有點難 ，進展並不順利 ，靜觀其變吧 ！ ”
