結束在海口的粤媒冬訓之後 ，中超球隊深圳隊目前正處於假期中 。中超转據悉 ，深圳深足目前正在謀求重建球隊 ，队谋灯對意欲轉會離隊的求重球球員 ，深足方麵表示可以放行 。建对
2月28日 ，离队深足開始放假 ，开绿其中有一部分球員隨新任主帥李章洙返回了深圳 ，粤媒為下一階段繼續做準備 。中超转與此同時，深圳深足俱樂部也在積極實施“瘦身”計劃 。队谋灯受經濟條件約束 ，求重球深足希望減輕財政包袱 ，建对尤其是离队清理掉隊中30歲以上老將的大合同 。在球隊整體欠薪已經有五六個月的情況下 ，減負就是俱樂部當下最迫切需要完成的工作 。
另外 ，深足目前也在考慮如何完成一線隊球員的迭代 。據悉 ，深足俱樂部在3月6日向一線隊球員發去通知 ，告知隊員們可以根據自身需求選擇轉會或者租借離隊 ，深足對球員轉會開綠燈 ，而且不會設太高門檻 。同時，深足也會把梯隊和精英隊的佼佼者上調到一線隊 。為此 ，教練組和管理層加大了訓練強度和管理力度 。從球隊重建的角度來說 ，對一線隊球員采取“嚴酷”的訓練方式也是一種考核 。
由於股改問題處於暫停狀態，深足今年仍將以佳兆業為主體參加聯賽 ，運營資金方麵則隻能依賴深圳本地的企業讚助 。在大方向上 ，以核心外援帶年輕隊員將是深足未來兩到三年的發展趨勢 。
