北京時間3月19日消息，曝江據《東方體育日報》報道 ，苏队江蘇隊後衛吉翔與周雲 ，将暂拒中加盟還沒有確定下家，超邀城市他們拒絕了中超隊的约或邀請 ，不排除加盟遞補中甲的中甲球隊南京城市 。
《東方體育日報》報道稱 ，新军江蘇隊原來的南京主力框架已經所剩無幾 ，隻有吉翔和周雲兩名老臣沒有確定的曝江下家消息傳出 ，這段時間，苏队他們正在江寧基地訓練。将暂拒中加盟此前 ，超邀城市不是约或沒有中超的球隊找過他們 ，但距離江蘇比較遙遠 ，中甲這兩名將家安在南京的新军球員都沒有答應 。據悉 ，他們的下一站 ，將根據這兩天的情況發展再確定，不排除加盟南京城市這支根正苗紅的本土球隊 。
報道還稱 ，如果中甲兩支球隊進入中超，奪得上賽季中乙第三名的南京城市將獲得中甲聯賽資格 ，根據遞補順位 ，南京城市名列位居第三 ，但排在該隊之前的北京人和已經解散。
有消息稱 ，中國足協已經通知南京城市方麵遞補中甲 ，該俱樂部也已發布公告 ，麵向全國招收優秀足球運動員 ，歡迎具有職業足球教育經曆，擁有職業足球水平並具有良好職業素養的自由球員前去試訓 ，場上位置和年齡都沒有限製。
