北京時間7月23日消息 ，沧州中超聯賽即將進行第8輪比賽，主帅滄州雄獅將對陣青島隊，心理賽前滄州主帥古特比攜穆裏奇出席了發布會。调整对压
古特比說道 ：“球迷朋友們下午好 ，更关馬上要進行第一階段第二循環的键面比賽 ，明天是力没扭轉之前不好的運氣的一個好機會 。我相信定義一個人是有问在他們最困難的時候 他們所展現出的堅強的信念以及他們的行動 。我相信我們的沧州隊員在明天會踢出一場非常精彩的比賽 。”
“從這次比賽開始前我們一直是主帅有計劃的，每間隔72小時會有一場比賽 ，心理大家看到了山東這場球 ，调整对压我們對一些關鍵球員進行了輪換 ，更关很可惜我們在進行輪換後沒有拿到想要的键面分數 。但是力没我覺得雖然投入到的體力是一樣的 ，但贏球和輸球所產生的疲憊感是不一樣的 ，輸球一定是比贏球要更累的，所以我們在心理上的調整更關鍵 。如何去激勵球員 ，我們需要好好準備下一場比賽 。每場比賽間隔很短 ，所以我們也不必糾結上一場 ，我們最主要做的就是心理上的疏導，球員的輪換和利用科學的方法去恢複球員 。”
“在麵對壓力時 ，作為教練我是第一個要挺身而出的人 ，我也會為我的球員們去擋子彈 ，為他們承擔壓力 。我相信他們都已經拚盡全力 ，我對他們是有信心的 。再有 ，我的執教生涯很豐富 ，我之前也經曆了很多樣的情況 ，麵對壓力我是沒有問題的 。當然 ，我們隊中也有穆裏奇這樣的球員 ，他自己對於贏球的信念 ，我相信他對球隊的帶動 ，也可以幫助球隊走出這些壓力 。”
穆裏奇說道：“這場比賽沒有太多的準備時間，我們需要做的就是努力去恢複 。就像主教練說的那樣 ，明天比賽是新的開始 ，希望用一場勝來開始它。”
