黎巴嫩隊競爭形勢已落後中國隊
北京時間13日下午 ，足迎韓國隊憑借頭號球星孫興慜的竞争出色發揮 ，以2比1逆轉取勝黎巴嫩隊 。势变這樣黎巴嫩隊在各組第2名排名競爭中所得有效積分定格為10分进5在打滿全部比賽的背景下 ，他們雖與少賽一輪的中國隊同獲10個有效積分 ，但淨勝球卻比中國隊少了8粒。意味著中國隊至少可以在12強賽入場券競爭中力壓黎巴嫩隊 。
截止到北京時間13日晚 ，暫列F組第2位的吉爾吉斯斯坦隊僅積4分 ，即便他們最後一輪不敵塔吉克斯坦隊 ，從而導致兩隊同組位次互換 ，那麽兩隊也都無法在積分上趕超中國隊 。由於已經鎖定E組頭名的東道主卡塔爾隊不必參加12強賽 ，因此共有5個12強賽名額產生於8支小組第2名球隊 。對中國隊而言 ，搶奪12強賽入場券的競爭形勢已由“8爭5”變為“6爭5” 。目前中國隊暫列各組第2名球隊總排名榜第2位 。中國隊在末輪贏球 、戰平敘利亞隊 ，甚至小負對手 ，都有可能晉級 。
