作為本土球員中技術最為出色的中場 ，過去幾年時間，張稀哲的發揮有目共睹 ，在球隊長時間由外援雙核奧古斯托和比埃拉擔任中場核心的情況下，這位能力出色的國安球員低調地輔佐著兩位“大哥” ，而當他們中有一人無法出現在球場上時 ，他的作用就會越發明顯 ，他的能力也得到了體現 。目前 ，奧古斯托暫時還無法歸隊 、比埃拉又遭遇傷病 ，現在國安中場能依靠的“發動機”球員 ，其實就隻有他一人了 ，如果說之前大家還擔心張稀哲能不能扛起進攻大旗 ，那麽他隻用了不到半場比賽時間就證明 ，踢前腰的自己仍然勢不可擋 。
