董文勝在2017年7月接替高應欽成為泰達足球俱樂部董事長 、俱乐總經理 。部董近幾個賽季 ，董文泰達俱樂部表現平平 ，查调查苦苦保級 。新华上賽季開始 ，社前事长胜接受审泰達足球俱樂部出現嚴重財務危機 ，天津泰达拖欠球員和員工薪資數億元 。俱乐在投資方天津泰達投資控股有限公司退出足壇後 ，部董俱樂部由天津市體育局托管 。董文
據了解，查调查今年3月份 ，新华天津市審計局進駐俱樂部 ，對該俱樂部自1998年以來的所有賬目進行了審計 。今年7月份 ，董文勝被天津市紀委監委帶走接受審查調查 。泰達俱樂部前助理教練遲嶸亮和王霄也先後在8月和10月被帶走接受調查 。
