此前 ，最多在西甲聯賽第25輪的创纪比賽中 ，馬競客場2-0戰勝比利亞雷亞爾 ，录场西蒙尼率隊取得各項賽事的胜利胜场帅第308場比賽勝利，追平了俱樂部的西蒙傳奇教頭阿拉貢內斯所保持的隊史紀錄 。而且，尼成與阿拉貢內斯相比，马竞西蒙尼隻用了512場比賽就達成了308勝 ，队史的主其餘比賽他的執教成績為120平84負，而阿拉貢內斯教練生涯一共率領馬競參加了612場正式比賽 ，拿到了308勝135平169負的成績 。
