北京時間3月5日消息，曝广昨晚 ，州队资控有媒體報道了廣州隊股改的股改股最新情況 ，原本有意入股的基本季仍廣藥集團最終與恒大談判失敗，新賽季廣州隊仍由恒大集團全資控股 。确定
早在去年賽季還未結束時 ，失败廣州市相關部門就成立了工作小組，新赛主導推進廣州兩家俱樂部廣州隊與廣州城的由恒股改 ，據當時報道 ，大全廣藥集團有意參股廣州隊 ，曝广而廣州城則是州队资控引起了廣汽集團的關注 。
不過就在前些日子，股改股廣州隊突然頒布了隊內限薪標準 ，基本季仍限薪幅度之大引發業內熱議，确定頂薪60萬元的失败標準 ，也不得不讓昔日主力與國腳紛紛離隊 ，而此次降薪也從另一方麵反映出了廣州隊股改的不順利 。
國內媒體東方體育日報就曾報道 ，廣州隊的進展非常緩慢 ，中間遇到了很多問題 。其中最大的問題有兩個 ：一是俱樂部的巨額債務問題；二是球員的超高薪水問題 。據悉 ，相關方案中提出，廣州足球俱樂部的股改 ，把俱樂部的股權和俱樂部的債務拆分。而有意接手的廣州企業廣藥 ，隻願意接手俱樂部球隊 ，並嚴格按照中國足協每年3億元上限的開支 。對於俱樂部龐大的債務 ，包括欠薪等 ，廣藥根本不想承擔 。
廣藥集團開出的條件與恒大集團的預期相差太大 ，恒大希望股改按照433的模式進行 ，即股改後恒大仍然占俱樂部的三成股權 ，新企業承擔所有的債務問題 ，同時部分保留俱樂部原先的管理團隊，而廣藥顯然無法滿足這些要求 。
廣州隊的股改不得已陷入了停滯 ，而恒大集團也開始啟動“B計劃” ，要求俱樂部一年的運營費用降低到1500萬元 ，並且新賽季要用年輕球員以及足校的小將參加中超聯賽 。
就在昨晚 ，有相關媒體透露了廣州隊股改的最新情況 ，目前的形勢基本上確定了廣州隊股改失敗 ，此前有意入股廣州足球俱樂部的兩家本地企業，也已經轉投廣州城俱樂部 ，新賽季廣州隊如不出意外情況 ，仍然會是恒大集團全資控股負責 。
恒大集團不想丟掉足球，但是如今的局麵隻能采取自我造血的方式 ，不過至於新賽季的成績 ，球迷並不能要求廣州隊太多了 。（DD）
