海因克斯在專欄中表示 ：“在我執教萊萬的盖德時候 ，我就意識到他是海因一位非常職業的球員 ，他是莱万一位對進球非常癡迷的前鋒，並且非常注重能夠提升表現的野心所有細節 。他非常有紀律性 ，知道怎樣在壓力和放鬆之間找到平衡 。他的脂肪指數總是保持在正確的數字 ，並不斷鍛煉自己的身體和整體肌肉 ，所以他非常有韌性 ，並且很少受傷 。”
