在4月2日淩晨的越媒世界杯抽簽的宣傳動畫中，我們注意到其中出現了中國元素——蹴鞠 。讽中真正的国年中國足球與世界杯無緣 ，反倒是难进中國元素亮相足球運動的最高殿堂，這一點不得不讓人唏噓 ，世界連越南媒體都借此揶揄嘲諷起國足 。杯还不朝
世界杯宣傳短片中 ，扎心中國人玩蹴鞠的越媒形象意外現身，很多人都意識到這是讽中國際足聯向足球原始發明國度的致敬 ，隻是国年這份榮耀無緣由國足去承接實在令人汗顏 。很多人調侃 ，难进幾千年過去了 ，世界短片中出現的杯还不朝那三個玩蹴鞠的“中國足球老祖宗”至今仍在代表著中國足球的榮譽 ，咱們的扎心男足吃海參卻遠遠達不到古人的境界 ，實在是太不爭氣了 ！
蹴鞠一詞最早見於《史記》 ，這項娛樂方式在戰國時期的齊國都城臨淄就已經在民間流行。2006年5月20日 ，蹴鞠作為非物質文化遺產經國務院批準列入第一批國家級非物質文化遺產名錄 。
對於世界杯抽簽上出現中國元素 ，越南媒體《soha》撰文表示 ，在中國缺席世界杯時 ，東亞其他多支球隊仍然可以出戰世界杯，實力更勝一籌的日韓多次獲得入場券 ，朝鮮隊盡管困難重重 ，也在2010年第二次進入到這個地球上最大盛大的足球節日 。
眾所周知 ，除去2010年南非世界杯 ，朝鮮此前隻參加過1966年的英格蘭世界杯，但卻取得了8強的成績 。而越南媒體的這番話語 ，顯然刺痛著中國足球神經 。到2022年世界杯 ，在兩個“鄰國”日韓大獲全勝後很快拿下門票的同時 ，中國隊在12強賽最終僅獲1勝，排名小組第五無緣晉級 ，甚至還輸給了越南 。
話說回來 ，近幾屆世界杯雖然中國隊都沒能晉級決賽圈 ，但世界杯上的中國元素並不少，從吉祥物 、小龍蝦 、比賽用球，甚至球童 、裁判都來自中國 ，唯獨缺了真正的主角。
