There are plenty of dupes on the market that can get the job done without you spending half your rent. And when it comes to dupes, Mashable's resident beauty tech expert awards Shark as "the best Dyson dupe artisan out there."
One of Shark's newest additions to its beauty tech arsenal is the SpeedStyle. We haven't had a chance to test it ourselves yet, but it sure looks and sounds like it could be a solid SuperSonic dupe. And as of Feb. 26, the Shark SpeedStyle is down to a new all-time low price of $159.99 at Amazon — that's 20% in savings and a whopping $270 cheaper than the SuperSonic for comparison.
Shark curates specific SpeedStyle bundles for different hair types. The one on sale is designed for straight and wavy hair and comes with three attachments best suited for those hair types: the Turbo Concentrator, the QuickSmooth Brush, and the RapidGloss Finisher. It also features heat-adjusting IQ, has 1700 watts of power, five heat settings, and three airflow settings to choose from.
If you're looking for the influencer-esque shiny, sleek, at-home blowout look, the SpeedStyle certainly appears to be one of the most affordable options around.
