4月25日 ，国足據多家媒體消息 ，强赛國足40強賽獎金公布 ，最高助万最高將拿到1200萬元獎勵 。奖金均近加集足球媒體人李璿表示 ，人万参有獎金的训补激勵，國腳更要加油 。国足
李璿寫道 ：2020年11月的强赛蘇州會議上 ，國腳薪酬上浮20%的最高助万規定已經取消 。當時足協的奖金均近加集說法就是 ，考慮全麵恢複國家隊的人万参出場費以及獎金製度，以確保國腳們的训补利益 。
40強賽當前 ，国足足協果然出台了相關製度 ：每位國腳參加一次國家隊集訓得10萬元的强赛訓練補助，然後40強賽每場比賽設置獎金 ，最高助万累積1200萬元（贏關島隊100 、贏馬爾代夫隊200 、贏菲律賓隊300 、贏敘利亞隊600） 。
國內球員最新頂薪 ，目前規定是稅前500萬元人民幣 ，按照這個上浮20% ，稅前600萬 ，扣稅後上浮的也沒多少了 ，如果在國家隊贏得足額獎金 ，1200萬 ，去掉國家隊保障團隊和教練組的 ，如果平均算 ，一個國腳也有三四十萬呢，一旦闖進12強賽 ，商業代言應該更客觀 。
所以，國腳們沒有理由不加油啊，沒獎金要加油 ，有獎金更要加油 。
