哈維自1991年進入巴薩青訓體係 ，满足1998年首次代表巴薩出戰 ，践行接手均已直至2015年離隊加盟阿爾薩德 ，巴萨共計為這家加泰羅尼亞豪門出戰了767次 ，条款条件是正当俱樂部當之無愧的旗幟人物 。
2019年5月，满足卡塔爾的践行接手均已阿爾薩德俱樂部官方宣布哈維出任球隊新主帥 。這名巴薩大腦 ，巴萨瓜迪奧拉的条款条件繼任者 ，正式開啟了自己的正当另一種足球人生 ，而一如人們對他所期望的满足那樣 ，哈維在阿爾薩德帶隊橫掃榮譽榜 ，取得了球隊所能夠取得的絕大部分榮譽 。
