北京時間3月13日消息 ，著名主持人 、宏足媒體人劉建宏在個人社交平台上發布了視頻 ，协不薪并視頻中他談到了中國足球限薪與欠薪的应直员自問題 。
對於怎麽看待限薪令這個問題時 ，接管己决劉建宏表示 ：“由於最近一段時間中國足球的赛高發展出現了很多問題，我覺得與其現在說限薪 ，非球不如說欠薪的刘建理联問題 。因為目前呢 ，宏足中國足球俱樂部的协不薪并投入明顯是減少了 ，欠薪的应直员自問題就變得更為的嚴重了 。”
“當然很多朋友都在說‘中國的接管己决球員 ，就不應該有那麽高的赛高收入’，但是非球實際上 ，這些收入並不是刘建理联由球員們自己來完成的 ，這些都是俱樂部和投資人來決定的 。當中國足球發展過熱的時候呢 ，投資人就拚命地砸錢 ，用來吸引更好的球員加盟到自己的球隊當中 。當經濟出現問題 ，當我們整個的聯賽 、整個環境出現問題的時候，大家又開始減少投入，欠薪又成為一個非常讓人頭疼的問題 。”
“那麽中國足球為什麽就不能夠有一種很良性的循環呢 ？這恐怕和我們的職業聯賽的這種建設一直都沒能夠真正地遵循規律有很大關係。管理職業聯賽的不應該由足協直接出麵管理 ，而我們一直希望能夠盡快成立職業聯盟 ，到目前為止仍然是一個未知數 。”
“所以現在的中國足球，依舊是在一種打擺子的過程當中 ，忽冷忽熱 。欠薪 、限薪 ，到底哪個更重要呢 ？我覺得也許都不重要 ，最重要的是，怎麽讓我們的職業聯賽能夠找到一種正確的、合理的發展路徑 。”（DD）
