北京時間7月26日晚 ，官方英超勁旅熱刺在官網宣布 ，热刺球隊與西甲的签下塞維利亞達成協議，塞維利亞陣中的边锋邊鋒希爾加盟熱刺 。作為交換 ，梅拉熱刺陣中的官方拉梅拉會到塞維利亞踢球，同時熱刺還會給塞維利亞支付2500萬歐元的热刺轉會費。
希爾是签下一位出生在2001年的小將，今年20歲 ，边锋雖然年紀不大 ，梅拉但是官方實力不俗 ，目前也正在跟隨西班牙國奧隊在東京奧運會比賽 。热刺過去的签下兩個賽季 ，希爾在塞維利亞一線隊難以得到持續的边锋出場時間，因此被租借到萊加內斯以及埃瓦爾踢球 。梅拉截止到目前為止 ，希爾已經在西甲出場54次 ，打入6球助攻4次 ，製造了10個進球 。
希爾是一位左邊鋒 ，雖然身材比較瘦削 ，但是球風彪悍 。速度奇快的他還擁有出色的腳下技術 ，他是一名左邊鋒 ，但是可以勝任右邊鋒的位置 ，在右邊鋒踢球時的內切非常有威脅。巴薩 、阿森納以及熱刺都對希爾非常感興趣 ，而最終熱刺笑到了最後 。
熱刺在官網表示 ，球隊已經簽下了希爾 ，作為交易的一部分 ，阿根廷邊鋒拉梅拉加盟塞維利亞 ，此外熱刺還要支付2500萬歐元轉會費。熱刺官方公告中還提到，俱樂部與希爾簽約至2026年。
