準時開始訪談 ，京媒這對於守時的比利不般教練來說是正常的 ，而主動把原本半小時的奇采采訪時間延長到一個小時 ，這就不多見了。访训富摇在聽完比利奇滔滔不絕地講述以及看到他那豐富的练肢肢體動作時 ，在場的体动記者都表示 ，這個搖滾主帥真的作丰不一般。
或許是滚主剛開始接受采訪的時候多少有點緊張 ，回答前3個問題的京媒時候 ，比利奇的比利不般聲音並不洪亮，即便坐在和他隻有三 、奇采五米的访训富摇位置 ，聽得也不是练肢那麽清晰 ，但隨著時間的体动進行 ，他的作丰心情開始放鬆，嗓門大了 ，肢體動作開始多了 ，說的內容也更接地氣了。沒有那麽多的套話和空話 ，你想問什麽 ，我就告訴你什麽 ，這就是比利奇給人的印象 ：真實 ，不做作 。
看了比利奇的兩堂訓練課，比利奇雖然給隊員講解的聲音不大，但是肢體語言卻很豐富，而這一次也是一樣，說著說著 ，他的兩隻手就開始比劃著各種動作 ，生怕他的語言不夠生動準確 ，無法讓翻譯明白他的含義 。而在他回答記者提問的時候，也一定會一直目不轉睛地盯著你的雙眼 ，雖然沒有太多的笑容，但至少從他的眼中 ，你能看到真誠 ，這一點毋庸置疑 。
之前比利奇給人的印象有點“凶”，至少是不那麽親切，而經過這一個小時的訪談之後 ，這種感覺少了很多 ，卻多了一分真實感 。“知無不言，言無不盡”用來形容在媒體會上的他再合適不過了 。舉兩個小例子 ，他在提到克羅地亞球員為什麽能成功的時候說 ，“我們和從小生在米蘭 ，長在米蘭的人不一樣 ，我們得去奔波 ，得去生活 ，說的很好”；而在被問到在沙特的執教經曆時 ，他更是斬釘截鐵地說 ：“不成功 ！”
這就是比利奇 ，真實不做作 。
