經俱樂部董事會研究決定，官方即日起由王寶山先生出任陝西長安競技大秦之水隊一線隊主教練 ，王宝由2021賽季帶隊有出色表現的山出代理主帥馮峰擔任一線隊領隊 。
王寶山 ，任中1963年4月生於陝西省寶雞市 ，甲陕教多级国在寶雞市體校開始足球生涯 。西队1980年以球員身份進入陝西省足球隊 ，主帅曾执字号1986年被選入中國國家隊 ，队伍成為陝西曆史上首位國腳 。官方1994年 ，王宝退役後的山出王寶山在西安隊開啟了自己的教練生涯 ，近30年的任中執教經曆幾乎伴隨著中國足球職業化的整個曆程 。王寶山指導曾執教過雲南紅塔、甲陕教多级国江蘇舜天 、西队成都謝菲聯、主帅曾执字号重慶力帆 、深圳佳兆業、河南建業、天津泰達等十多支職業球隊，擁有多年的頂級聯賽執教經驗 ，多次帶領球隊完成衝超保級等任務 ，立下赫赫戰功 。此外 ，王寶山指導還曾執教過多級國字號隊伍 ，是國產教練的優秀代表之一 ，2021年被聘任為中國足協技術委員會委員 。
球員和教練生涯都在陝西起步的王寶山教練 ，對這片土地有著濃厚的感情 。此次執教西北狼 ，將是王寶山教練真正的“回家”。我們相信 ，擁有豐富執教經驗和能力的王寶山指導 ，可以給陝西足球帶來全新的麵貌 ，給陝西隊帶來優異的成績 ，給陝西球迷帶來更多的快樂 。一起為陝西而戰 ！
