據隊內人士介紹，对抗尹鴻博和董春雨因為國足訓練量比較大 ，国足出現了一些身體反應 ，两将练日加上之前就有一些小傷 ，因身因缺教練組特批留在酒店 ，体原與張琳芃一起進行恢複調整 ，席训不過兩人的进行情況都不算嚴重，屬於正常的内部調整性訓練 ，身體稍作恢複之後 ，就能夠跟上全隊的訓練節奏 。
最近兩天國家隊一直是一天兩練 ，訓練量也有明顯提升，連年輕小將朱辰傑在接受采訪時都表示 ，訓練完累得說不出話 ，而據記者的了解 ，國足最近的訓練也並非單純的上量 ，對於強度的要求也非常 ，高 ，每天的訓練都會穿插高強度的分組對抗 ，對抗結束之後 ，還會安排一些混養練習以及短距離的無氧衝刺 ，教練組希望用這樣一種方式 ，刺激隊員的心肺功能 ，提升對於當地高溫高濕環境的適應能力 。
根據計劃 ，中國隊當地時間16日晚將進行隊內分組對抗 ，當天的訓練也不會對媒體開放 。另外 ，國足最近一兩天就將公布熱身對手 。如果一切順利 ，教練組希望能夠將這場正式的熱身賽安排在21-22日進行 。兩場比賽之間相隔5天 ，這樣也可以很好地模擬10月份的兩場小組賽賽程 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
