在當地時間本周二 ，普拉蒂尼發表官方聲明表示 ，宣布對現國際足聯主席因凡蒂諾發起刑事訴訟 ，指控其涉嫌貪汙腐敗。普拉蒂尼在聲明中表示 ，已授權他的律師向因凡蒂諾發起刑事訴訟 ，其罪名則是以權謀私、貪汙腐敗 。
值得一提的是 ，在普拉蒂尼的一紙訴訟狀中 ，並非隻控訴了因凡蒂諾一人 ，國際足聯前法務總監馬爾科-維利格也是普拉蒂尼狀告的目標之一 。
