北京時間1月11日消息 ，曝泰日前中超與足協杯決賽均已落幕 ，山推斯贾山東泰山豪取雙冠王。进续本賽季泰山隊能夠一路走到最後 ，约莫伊塞除了郝偉指導的德松戰術安排之外 ，泰山隊的工作陣容厚度也是令其他球隊十分羨慕的，已經有如此完美的内援陣容 ，那麽下賽季泰山隊的或继引援將會如何？山東媒體濟南時報就撰文分析了泰山隊未來調整計劃 。
本賽季泰山隊坐擁五大外援 ，续补且不論實力還是曝泰性價比 ，都處在中超前列 ，山推斯贾尤其是进续二次轉會租借而來的賈德鬆 ，不僅幫助泰山隊奪去了最終的约莫伊塞中超冠軍 ，更是德松在足協杯決賽中 ，轟出了一腳世界波 ，工作奠定勝局 。不過賈德鬆與泰山隊的租借合同已經到期，麵對如此物美價廉又有實力的外援 ，泰山隊下賽季會不會正式買斷他？對此 ，濟南時報表示 ，賈德鬆的到來 ，確實給球隊在攻防兩端都帶來了極大幫助 ，而泰山俱樂部也肯定了他的表現 ，希望與賈德鬆完成續約 ，相關工作正在推進當中 。
除此之外，報道還透露，郝偉此前接受采訪時表態 ，教練組希望留用現有外援 。孫準浩 、費萊尼目前仍在合同期內 ，下賽季將繼續為球隊出戰 。莫伊塞斯的合同將於今年夏天到期 ，泰山隊已開始與他商討續約事宜 。
至於內援方麵，本賽季泰山隊引進的徐新 、石柯、吉翔三名內援零轉會費加盟，均坐穩了主力陣容 ，且表現可圈可點 。徐新收獲3球2助攻，吉翔也送出3次助攻。郝偉也透露了內援的引進原則，即在謀求穩定的基礎上去提升 。
文章分析 ，由於中超多隊遭遇財務危機 ，不少球隊一直在欠薪，賽季結束後很多國腳級別的球員肯定會自由身流入轉會市場 ，對國內球員而言，足夠穩定且擁有深厚底蘊的泰山隊 ，有著極強的吸引力 ，不排除個別位置會再次引進國腳級別的球員 。（DD）
