國家隊都配有專門的教练體能教練和科研團隊 ，科研團隊的清楚工作內容就包括球員的生理生化指標測試和監控 。
球員的国足国家国脚日常訓練也會按照教練組要求配帶心率表 ，每堂課的队医队都心率情況 ，跑動距離 ，科研衝刺距離等等指標都會有及時的团队体反饋 ，所以排除場上的什样心理因素影響 ，哪個球員的教练體能狀況什麽樣，教練組一定是清楚很清楚的 。
