北京時間2月12日消息 ，广药管理足球報撰文透露了中超廣州兩隊的招聘近況 ，其中來自英超阿斯頓維拉俱樂部的已收英超執行董事何榮天有意回歸廣州足球，或接受廣藥集團的超份應聘，而廣州城的简历股改也正在由廣汽集團牽頭穩步推進中。
廣藥集團有意參股廣州隊的队执消息早已不是什麽秘密，此前廣藥集團還向全球發布了招聘足球管理人才的行董信息 ，目的事或就是為廣州隊未來打造一支職業的管理團隊。據足球報透露 ，回归在招聘信息發出後 ，广药管理目前為止廣藥集團已經收到了超過600份的招聘簡曆，目前已經進入篩選階段 ，已收英超按照廣藥集團的超份招聘程序 ，3月31日之前會確定人選 。简历如果按照正常的队执順序 ，在俱樂部相關事宜處理完成之後 ，才會是相關管理團隊的公布 。
而這些人之中 ，有一人頗受關注，足球報透露這人就是擔任英超阿斯頓維拉俱樂部主席助理 、執行董事的廣州人何榮天 ，文章表示作為廣州人的何榮天，有意參與家鄉球隊的俱樂部管理和運營 ，年輕且有國際足球大視野的何榮天計劃從歐洲職業足球俱樂部返回中國 。除了何榮天這種有豐富英超球隊管理經驗的人 ，還有很多有實踐工作經驗的職業足球經理人、經紀人也參與了應聘 。
至於廣州隊的同城對手廣州城 ，目前股改的進度也在穩步推進 ，作為廣汽集團牽頭股改 ，在春節前就曾派人到廣州城俱樂部進行調研 ，了解俱樂部的運營情況和足球基地配套 。足球報分析表示 ，廣州城未來有望實現由廣汽牽頭 ，與廣州另外一兩家國企 ，還有富力一起對俱樂部進行“433”或者“532”的股份製改革，運營全新的廣州城俱樂部 。（DD）
