中國女足兵敗東京奧運會後 ，足协助教足帅主教練賈秀全下課已是抽调板上釘釘的事實 ，但誰來接任這支球隊，江苏是协助霞中擺在中國足協麵前的一道難題 。
昨日 ，水庆属仍上海女足主教練水慶霞確認 ，国女她已經收到中國足協的位归邀請 ，將會帶領中國女足出征全運會 。难定雖然全運會後是足协助教足帅否能留任還不確定 ，但從目前情況分析，抽调水慶霞是江苏呼聲較高的人選 。
本屆東京奧運會 ，协助霞中中國女足在三場小組賽僅得1分丟17球 ，水庆属仍排名小組墊底 ，国女創造女足奧運會史上最差戰績 。位归除了成績差外 ，賈秀全在選人 、用人方麵也受到很多的質疑 ，帥位岌岌可危 。
奧運會結束後 ，中國女足將以“奧運組合隊”的形式參加第十四屆全運會。此次傳出水慶霞帶隊征戰全運會的消息，意味著賈秀全已經下課 。為中國女足選擇怎樣的下一任主帥才能將隊伍帶出低穀 ，成為中國足協必須麵對的問題。
此次選擇水慶霞擔任“奧運組合隊”主教練 ，是中國足協的應急選擇 ，從資曆和履曆來看 ，水慶霞也具備成為下一任中國女足主教練的條件 。
現年55歲的水慶霞是1996年亞特蘭大奧運會中國女足奪得銀牌的主力球員 ，也是較早開啟留洋生涯的女足運動員之一 。球員時代 ，她以性格沉穩、技術全麵 、作風頑強著稱 ，是有名的“拚命三郎” ，在球場上她的鼻梁骨撞斷過兩次 。1993年在日本留洋期間 ，她的右腿脛骨被踢斷 ，做了鋼釘內固定手術 ，7年後才取出那塊鋼板 。除此之外 ，她的膝關節十字韌帶也斷過 。
2001年在廣東全運會上率上海女足實現衛冕後 ，水慶霞宣布退役，逐漸轉型成為教練。她曾擔任中國女足國青隊主帥，隨後執掌上海女足至今，其間帶領球隊三次問鼎全運會冠軍 ，奪得過聯賽和杯賽冠軍 。
昨日在接受采訪時 ，水慶霞確認將暫時以“代理主帥”的名義帶隊出征 ，至於全運會後的安排 ，她表示“我隻是接到帶隊打全運會的任務 ，打完再看吧” 。另外 ，有消息說 ，中國足協也從江蘇女足抽調了助理教練和門將教練，與水慶霞一起組成新的中國女足教練團隊 。
據了解 ，水慶霞目前與上海女足還有合同在身 ，也不排除全運會後返回上海繼續執教的可能性。中國女足帥位的最終歸屬 ，恐怕要等到全運會後才有定論 。
