沙迦當地時間9月25日傍晚 ，国足中國隊繼續前往沙迦俱樂部訓練場進行訓練，助教重点助理教練忻峰接受了媒體的透露态采訪 。
忻峰首先介紹了球隊的近期傷病情況 ：“前段時間訓練量比較大 ，有一些傷病，训练現在逐漸在恢複當中 。称球張琳芃今天可以跟隨全隊進行一部分的员状訓練 ，王剛目前還不能對抗 ，所提升還要過兩天 。国足其他球員的助教重点狀況感覺是越來越好 。”
對於最近的透露态訓練 ，忻峰表示 ：“我們最近以5天一個周期 ，近期經過兩個周期的训练訓練準備 。包括隊內對抗比賽 ，称球感覺隊員的员状體能狀況有明顯好轉 ，從3月份球員就一直在集中封閉訓練 ，打聯賽 、國家隊比賽然後再集訓 ，隊員一直沒有得到休息 ，心理比較疲勞 ，心理狀況比較差 。”
針對與越南隊的比賽 ，忻峰透露 ：“球隊主要演練了邊路傳中和中路的配合射門這些關鍵環節。針對與敘利亞隊的熱身賽 ，球隊總結了前兩場小組賽出現的問題 ，通過訓練進行改善。應該說從兩場隊內對抗的情況來看 ，第二場的效果要比第一場好很多 ，這說明近期的訓練效果還是比較明顯的 。”
談到隊員的情緒方麵 ，忻峰表示，這確實是一個很大的問題 。“從3月份開始 ，球員一直在封閉 ，訓練比賽訓練 ，現在隻能克服困難 ，他們隻能在房間喝喝茶 ，看看球 ，消磨時間。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
