1.準備好所有原料
2.1將果肉混合
3.2洗淨柚子 、桔子 ，酸奶去皮去膜剝出果肉 ，做法撕成小塊 ，鲜果椰果瀝幹水分備用。酸奶
4.1酸奶和糖粉混合並讓糖粉融化 。
5.2將拌好的果肉取1/3份裝入慕斯杯中 。
6.1淡奶油打發到7成左右 。
7.2魚膠粉放入涼開水中泡發 ，隔熱水融化後和酸奶混合均勻 ，這時候酸奶液比較稀，入冰箱冷藏一會備用 。
8.把打發好的奶油和酸奶混合
9.把混合好的鮮果放入做法8混合
10.做好的鮮果慕斯分裝慕斯杯中 ，墩兩下震出氣泡 。
11.做好的鮮果酸奶慕斯杯放入冰箱冷藏4小時以上就可以品嚐啦~~~
12.吃的時候在慕斯上麵點綴五彩巧克力。
