丹麥對陣芬蘭的穆里比賽中 ，埃裏克森突然倒地 ，尼奥後經急救脫離危險 。昨天在比賽直播中看到這一幕 ，埃里許多人都為埃裏克森感到揪心 ，克森這其中就包括了曾擔任熱刺主帥的祈祷穆裏尼奧 。在一檔節目上進行連線時，也哭穆裏尼奧表示，穆里自己在昨日的尼奥比賽期間為埃裏克森祈禱，也因此落淚。昨天
“昨天我曾為埃裏克森祈禱，埃里我也哭了 ，克森全世界可能也有很多人都這樣做 。祈祷我相信很多人都會這樣 ，也哭因為足球會將大家聚集在一起 。穆里或許昨天足球讓大家聚在一起的理由並不好 ，但最後我們可以慶幸 ，埃裏克森還活著 。”
“當然 ，我沒有與埃裏克森直接進行對話，但我與赫伊別爾在今天早上有過交流 ，赫伊別爾給出了積極的看法 。這是個好消息 ，我認為現在值得慶祝 。”
