Actual investigative journalism: who needs it?
At least, that's what some people will likely conclude after watching these fake news reports from the Newseum, a museum dedicated to exploring the role of journalism in America. Sage Boggs, a reporter from。 Mic 。Mic。
, recently discovered videos uploaded to YouTube from a Newseum exhibit that invites guests to pretend to be reporters. 。SEE ALSO:Scottish students receive exam results, Twitter responds hilariously 。
Put down your paper, turn off your TV: this is news you need to hear.。

For the exhibit, called "Be a Reporter," guests stand in front of a blue screen and teleprompter while reporting news "out in the field." Guests read lines right off the teleprompter and get a real taste of what it's like to be a broadcast journalist. 。
A few guests chose not to listen to instructions and instead improvised their own news reports. Sometimes this involved dancing. Other times, singing. And every once in a while, a beautifully passive aggressive birth announcement.。
