多哈當地時間8月28日，足协中國足協十二強賽臨時黨支部在駐地酒店召開了支部委員會會議 。强赛中國足協十二強賽臨時黨支部書記陳永亮 ，临时雷出副書記張賀，党支以及委員戚軍 、部召部委王大雷、开支孫日出席會議 。足协
會議明確了支部委員會委員的强赛具體分工 。其中，临时雷出來自於國家隊的党支兩名委員會委員 ，國家隊領隊張賀和隊員王大雷將充分發揮黨員同誌在運動員 、部召部委教練員群體中的开支先鋒模範作用 ，並主動了解運動員思想動態 ，足协積極解決運動員實際困難，强赛認真做好運動員的临时雷出思想教育工作 。
工作計劃方麵 ，結合賽事實際情況 ，中國足協十二強賽臨時黨支部計劃在賽區陸續召開兩次支部主題黨日活動 ，結合視頻 、文字等各類學習資料 ，組織支部全體黨員進行集體學習 。
為進一步發揮黨組織的戰鬥堡壘作用和黨員先鋒模範作用 ，在2022年國際足聯卡塔爾世界杯亞洲區預選賽十二強賽備戰比賽期間 ，中國足協黨委批準成立了中國足協十二強賽臨時黨支部。中國足協十二強賽臨時黨支部接受中國足協黨委領導 ，目前有包括中國足協主席陳戌源、中國國家男子足球隊隊員王大雷 、顏駿淩在內的黨員19人 ，其工作內容包括指導備戰工作 、加強防疫工作管理 、加強賽區工作管理 、規範組織生活 、培養考察入黨積極分子等 。
