在CVC注資方麵，拉波爾塔和特巴斯其實都沒說實話 。按照西媒此前的說法 ，如果西甲接受了CVC注資 ，那會在未來50年內得到西甲10%的轉播收益。拉波爾塔和特巴斯故意都不提這一比例，顯然是為了便於互相推鍋。無論責任究竟在何方，事實就是巴薩沒有薪資空間續約梅西 。在已經與梅西談妥五年合同的情況下 ，巴薩不得不毀約 ，梅西也隻能去緊急尋找新東家了。
