上半年之所以打得還可以，是因為我們把自己姿態和心態都放得很平 ，隊伍團結 ，大家擰成一股繩去拚所有人 。團結、冷靜 ，拚搏 ，是我們的三大法寶 。他深知這點 ，如果他膨脹了，就會失去冷靜的頭腦 ，不冷靜 ，就會破壞團結，不團結 ，何談拚搏——大連隊內部管理層都給予了謝暉教練極高的讚譽 ，似乎不擔心外界輿論會對謝暉內心產生任何影響 。
