世界足壇有沒有過上季冠軍,接下來一個賽季參加次級聯賽的?
當然有!最出名的例子就是2006年的尤文圖斯 。因為“電話門”事件,队天意甲冠軍尤文圖斯被處罰降級,同時2005/2006賽季的冠軍也被剝奪(判給了國際米蘭)。類似情況還有1993年的踢低馬賽,也是聯賽冠軍被剝奪且勒令降級 。
突然想起這個,联赛說到底還是在思考江蘇隊能不能活下來 。據說,准入中无江蘇隊一直在謀求自救,胸前剛繡上去的那顆金星還在嚐試閃耀。對江蘇足球來說,规程规定隻要俱樂部不解散,哪怕是讓衛冕冠軍帶著一顆星參加中乙甚至中冠,球隊的曆史就不會斷續 。
春節之後,明确就有俱樂部向中國足協和職業聯盟提問:“中超準入無法通過的話,俱樂部可不可以參加中甲?中甲聯賽也不行的話,可不可以參加中乙?”把問題說得直白點,就是中超玩不動了,但能不能先給俱樂部留一口氣兒。
麵對如此提問,江苏津队级别在《中國足協職業聯賽準入規程》中似乎查不到明確規定。不過,队天中國足壇的確有過俱樂部準入原級別失敗 、退而參加次級別的踢低情況:2018賽季,浙江毅騰名列中甲第12名,可惜由於基礎設施不達標,毅騰沒能得到中甲準入資格,被迫降入中乙。2019和2020賽季,联赛毅騰參加的都是中乙聯賽 。
如果可以借鑒毅騰,准入中无那麽江蘇隊和天津隊理當還有“殘喘”的機會 。
站在俱樂部投資人的规程规定角度來說,中甲 、中乙俱樂部的明确投入可以小很多 。在短期內沒什麽野心的江苏津队级别情況下,讓俱樂部在低級別先活下來,未嚐不是一個辦法 。即便這麽做會讓中超資格被取而代之,但起碼保住了火種,不至於像天海那般灰飛煙滅 。畢竟,俱樂部這些年都花了不少錢用於建設,積累的足球資本不應頃刻土崩瓦解 。
沒錯,相比破產清算的一了百了,俱樂部存續就意味著要償還欠款。所以,主要麻煩仍然是債務問題 。換言之,如何解決債務問題依舊是俱樂部能否存續的關鍵。最後一天了,但願還能聽到一丁點好消息吧 。
