在防線上 ，巴萨切爾西隊長阿斯皮利奎塔一直是为切巴薩的目標 。而據《每日體育報》的尔西最新消息，巴薩仍然在關注著這名可右可中的队长单方後防萬金油 ，並且已經向球員開出了一份“2+1”形式的开合合同 。
不過《每日體育報》仍然表示 ，同蓝雖然巴薩已經為阿斯皮利奎塔送上了合同 ，面续但切爾西擁有單方麵續約一年的條款 ，所以主動權目前仍然在藍軍手中 ，而切爾西也將會與球員的經紀人進行會麵 。
本賽季 ，32歲的阿斯皮利奎塔依然是切爾西防線上不可或缺的一員，各項賽事出場30場 ，打入1球助攻3次。阿斯皮利奎塔與切爾西的合同將在今夏到期 。目前，在德國《轉會市場》上 ，阿斯皮利奎塔的身價為1100萬歐元 。
