北京時間12月14日下午13:00 ，申花2021賽季中超聯賽第16輪上海申花隊對陣滄州雄獅的主帅重锻賽前發布會在蘇州賽區新聞發布廳舉行，上海申花隊代理主教練毛毅軍和球員王毅一起出席了發布會。第阶段着荡
毛毅軍首先介紹了球隊對滄州雄獅的炼年備戰情況 ：“明天我們將迎來本階段的第二場比賽 。滄州雄獅換帥後 ，轻队轻微球隊技戰術方麵也有相應的员汪改變 ，這幾天我們也在根據對手的海健特點做相應的準備 ，力爭打好這場比賽。脑震”
談及球隊對待這一階段聯賽的申花總體策略 ，毛毅軍答道 ：“這次來到賽區 ，主帅重锻我們會全力以赴對待每場比賽 。第阶段着荡其實 ，炼年這一階段的轻队轻微比賽也並不簡單 ，我們碰到的员汪對手都是為保級而戰的隊伍 ，他們都有很強的海健求勝欲望 ，所以我們每場比賽都要做好應對各種困難的準備 。”
當被問到球隊目前的傷病情況 ，毛毅軍表示 ：“汪海健意誌品質非常好，在上場比賽與錢傑給相撞後出現輕微腦震蕩 ，但他堅持打滿全場 ，賽後身體上還是有些反應 。這兩天球隊也在觀察 ，會根據他的身體狀況來決定是否安排他出場 。何龍海在來賽區第二天訓練中腳腕受傷，而且比較嚴重 ，如果恢複樂觀的話 ，他可能會趕上收尾的比賽 。”
談及對隊中年輕隊員的使用策略，毛毅軍坦言 ：“著重鍛煉年輕隊員 ，這是我們征戰這一階段比賽既定的方針策略 ，我們會根據球員的身體狀況和球隊、對手的情況做出合理安排 ，盡可能多給他們出場比賽的機會 。”
一同出席發布會的王毅表示 ：“上一場比賽是我中超聯賽的首秀，我非常興奮 ，也感謝俱樂部 、教練組包括隊友們一直以來對我的信任和支持 。我們會全力以赴打好接下來的這場比賽 ，力爭獲得勝利 。”
