此番加入國足訓練營的中澳战洛五名“新人”洛國富 、郭田雨 、国富徐新 、将成级赛王秋明 、为后无出巴頓目前沒有A級賽事出場的手替記錄 ，缺乏一定的场记經驗 ，但這幾名球員的中澳战洛加入不僅為李鐵的打法提供了更多選擇 ，也加強了前場球員的国富良性競爭氛圍 。考慮到12強賽的将成级赛對手實力遠高於40強賽，國足在進攻端可能根據不同的为后无出對手並利用現有人員的特點進行變陣。
洛國富在近期的手替訓練中狀態正好 ，有望迎來代表中國隊的场记首秀 。在去年3月 ，中澳战洛他就已經完成國際足聯相關的国富轉籍手續 ，一個月後首次進入國足集訓名單，将成级赛成為繼艾克森之後第二名入選國足的非中國血統入籍球員 ，不過至今還未迎來比賽機會 。這和他之前一度飽受傷病和狀態的困擾有關 。經曆數月的低穀期後 ，洛國富在今年7月再次以瘦身10公斤的形象亮相賽場 ，為自己贏得了重返國足並征戰正式比賽的機會 。
談及洛國富 ，顏駿淩稱他在訓練中斬獲了不少進球 ，“他整個人減重了很多，現在狀態確實不錯 。現在他的身體狀況 、技術能力都發揮很不錯 。訓練中我看到他打進了不少球，希望他這次能為中國隊贏得好成績。”國足新聞官對其評價道 ：“洛國富是一個非常勤奮 、有激情的球員，有這樣的球員在隊裏 ，可以帶動其他的球員。”
不過要想在艾克森和武磊作為前場核心的進攻體係中占有一席之地 ，洛國富需更努力，或者說 ，需要某些時機的推動 。從目前情況來看 ，洛國富在首輪對陣澳大利亞的比賽中可能會作為後手替補待命 。
另一名入籍球員阿蘭也是前場位置的有力競爭者 。此前的訓練中 ，他曾因強度較大而稍感不適 。經過教練組與醫療組以及他本人的溝通後 ，為了保險起見，沒有安排他參加合練 ，而是在體能教練的幫助下單獨進行調整。據了解 ，阿蘭的身體情況並無大礙 ，不會影響其出戰與澳大利亞的比賽 。
