8月11日中超聯賽第一階段結束後 ，深足首日深圳隊教練及球員得到了休整機會 。结束假期基地許多球員日前已提前返回訓練基地 ，训练自己按計劃在健身房進行恢複及力量訓練 。备战
今日訓練課開始前，恢复深圳隊在會議室進行了動員大會 ，为主俱樂部管理層發表動員講話 ，深足首日並提出接下來的结束假期基地目標和要求 。下午5時 ，训练訓練開始。备战今日訓練內容以體能恢複為主 。恢复在隊長郜林的为主倡議下 ，隊員們首先圍成一圈相互鼓舞士氣，深足首日訓練在歡快且認真的结束假期基地氛圍下展開。
重新集結的训练第一天 ，風和日麗 ，隊員們先是進行了拉伸訓練 ，隨後分組進行跑步恢複 。訓練結束後 ，不少球員繼續回到健身房加練 。
在接下來超過一個月的比賽間歇期裏，深圳隊將逐步加大訓練量 ，持續進行高強度訓練 ，爭取以最好的狀態在足協杯中爭奪佳績，為中超第二階段爭冠組比賽做好充分準備。
