北京時間7月15日，官方法甲巴黎聖日耳曼俱樂部官方宣布 ，巴黎與自由球員吉安路易吉-多納魯馬簽約 ，宣布雙方簽訂了一份為期5年 ，免签有效期至2026年6月30日的多纳合同 。
22歲的鲁马多納魯馬此前效力於意甲AC米蘭 ，但雙方間的年合年續約合同沒能談妥 ，多納魯馬在7月1日成為了自由球員 。同签2015-16賽季，约至多納魯馬開始為米蘭一線隊征戰 ，官方期間在意甲出戰215場 ，巴黎在歐聯杯出戰16場 ，宣布在意大利杯出戰12場。免签今年夏天，多纳多納魯馬以主力門將的鲁马身份隨意大利隊出征歐洲杯 ，並幫助球隊奪得冠軍 。
對於加盟巴黎聖日耳曼 ，多納魯馬表示 ：“我很高興能成為這家大俱樂部的一部分 。我感覺自己做好接受新挑戰的準備了 ，並在這裏繼續成長。與巴黎一起 ，我希望能贏得盡可能多的冠軍，為支持者帶來愉悅 。”
巴黎主席納塞爾說道 ：“我們非常開心，歡迎多納魯馬加盟巴黎聖日耳曼 。我們要向他在2020歐洲杯上的成功送上祝賀 ，並且他還拿到了賽事的最佳球員。”
