北京時間7月15日 ，官方法甲巴黎聖日耳曼俱樂部官方宣布 ，巴黎與自由球員吉安路易吉-多納魯馬簽約 ，宣布雙方簽訂了一份為期5年 ，免签有效期至2026年6月30日的多纳合同 。
22歲的鲁马多納魯馬此前效力於意甲AC米蘭 ，但雙方間的年合年續約合同沒能談妥 ，多納魯馬在7月1日成為了自由球員。同签2015-16賽季，约至多納魯馬開始為米蘭一線隊征戰 ，官方期間在意甲出戰215場 ，巴黎在歐聯杯出戰16場 ，宣布在意大利杯出戰12場 。免签今年夏天 ，多纳多納魯馬以主力門將的鲁马身份隨意大利隊出征歐洲杯 ，並幫助球隊奪得冠軍 。
