貝克漢姆和菲爾-內維爾的兒子都在這裏踢球 ，不過菲爾-內維爾強調他們都沒有被特殊對待 。“當我來到這家俱樂部執教時，哈維還在曼聯青訓踢球……我並沒有參與簽下我的兒子 ，這是由其他人完成的 。加盟這裏也是我兒子自己的決定 ，他必須自己做出決定 。他知道當他來到這家俱樂部之後 ，和其他任何球員都沒有什麽不同，羅密歐也同樣如此 。”
