今年8月底 ，又受月听門迪一直在被拘押在利物浦北部地區 ，现身當時他先是曼城门迪明年被控四項違法行為 ，11月又增加了兩項。再增罪名证據悉，又受月听在門迪被拘押後 ，现身就一直尋求保釋 ，曼城门迪明年但三次保釋申請全部被拒絕 。在門迪被拘押期間 ，越來越多的受害女性現身。今天 ，是門迪案件司法程序中的關鍵一天 ，又有一名受害女性現身 ，控訴曼城飛翼的性侵行為 ，這也意味著門迪的罪名又多了一項 ，如今指控犯有7項強奸罪和1項性侵罪 。
在今天的聽證會上，門迪及其隨行人員路易斯-薩哈-馬特裏都出現在了被告席上 。切斯特皇家法庭的法官帕特裏克-湯普森已為本案製定了日程表 ，明年1月7日將進行一場聽證會 ，決定是延長被告的監禁時間或是達成保釋協議 ，然後在1月24日將舉行審判準備聽證會 。同時 ，法官帕特裏克-湯普森還表示 ，在1月27日之前 ，門迪肯定還會被拘押 ，之後是否被拘押 ，就看兩次聽證會的結果 。
關於門迪的犯罪指控 ，將於明年於6月27日或8月1日進行 。英國媒體普遍認為 ，門迪不僅難以保釋出去 ，而且難逃牢獄之災 。
