北京時間9月7日 ，中乙郑和资人根據網友“jokerrr6”透露 ，昆明中乙昆明鄭和船工俱樂部已經欠薪長達7個月 。船工出
“jokerrr6”表示 ：最早在中乙聯賽開打前俱樂部高層相關人員承諾會補齊 ，晒投但在聯賽第一循環結束以後俱樂部以母公司近況不佳延遲工資發放。聊天在七月份的记录决第二循環比賽賽區中及八月初第一階段比賽結束後有關負責人口頭承諾會發放部分工資 ，但最終也沒有落實。中乙郑和资人
該網友同時提到 ：八月二十六日 ，昆明俱樂部投資人承諾九月二號發放工資 ，船工出可是晒投到了九月二號同樣以各種理由來應付 。不僅是聊天工資 ，寫在合同裏的记录决獎金俱樂部相關負責人更是隻字不提 。去年球隊裏的中乙郑和资人雲南籍隊員就是因為準入簽字之後去找俱樂部索要應得的利益 ，最後被告知不與其續約 。昆明
該網友表示甚至有人借高利貸度日：本人還聽說其球隊裏的船工出隊員因為沒有收入來源被迫退役轉行 ，有的鋌而走險開始借高利貸，甚至有的已經開始送外賣來維持生計 。
對此，昆明鄭和船工俱樂部官博曬出投資人在微信群中的聊天記錄 ：盡管球迷對俱樂部的處境甚至退出表示理解 ，但是投資人對大家表態和承諾 ：困難都是暫時的，我們堅決不會退出。
