5月26日 ，禁区击投机心中乙第3輪過後 ，外手一段比賽視頻在網絡上引發了“拍案驚奇”：在中國國青隊（U20國家隊）和青島海牛隊的球判中乙比賽中 ，主裁判胡豫鑫在比賽第90分鍾判給給國青隊一個點球 ，点球國青隊憑借這個點球把比分扳成了1比1平 。裁判之所以引發熱議，遭内是部处這個所謂的“點球”產生時，青島海牛的罚足禁區內隻有門將一人 。
事情發生的协打第二天 ，職業聯盟籌備組非常重視這個點球判罰 。禁区击投机心經過核實後確認該點球為誤判，外手將對當值主裁判和第一助理裁判進行內部處罰 ，球判同時明確 ，点球國青隊參加中乙聯賽 ，裁判鍛煉隊伍是遭内主要目的 ，成績並不是主要目標 。
U20國青打了三場中乙 ，有三次判罰引起了不同看法 ，如果說前兩場的判罰還存在爭議的話 ，那第三場這個“禁區外手球判點”就是明顯的誤判了 。這樣的判罰 ，引發了各界對國字號球隊打聯賽這個事情的再次探討和思考 。
單單就這個判罰而言 ，相關方麵快速處置裁判 ，可以很大程度上緩解輿論壓力 ，同時打擊裁判的投機心思，但是 ，這仍舊是一個治標不治本的辦法 ，因為，足協無法確保國青在未來的比賽中不出現爭議判罰 ，尤其是涉及到國青隊衝甲的關鍵場次或未來大概率要打中甲聯賽，屆時國青國青必然會引發各方的更大關注和議論 ，所以 ，足協或職業聯盟的苦惱或兩難恐怕還在後麵 。
