目前 ，門迪被羈押在利物浦的一家監獄裏 ，無法被保釋。這也就意味著 ，從現在到審判的將近4個月時間裏 ，門迪將一直待在監獄裏。此前 ，門迪的鄰居向媒體透露：“門迪每周都要舉辦幾次派對 ，而且喝很多的酒 。他和不同的女孩進進出出自己的家 。”
