2021年3月29日下午 ，足协中超准入州递中國足協正式發布2021賽季三級聯賽俱樂部準入名單 。发布中超方麵，名单天津津門虎“死而複生” ，津门獲得了新賽季中超資格 ，虎复活江上賽季冠軍江蘇隊則無緣準入 ，苏退滄州遞補征戰新賽季中超 。出沧
職業聯盟原本打算3月23日官宣準入，足协中超准入州递但因為23日當天突發狀況 ，发布已經默認將解散的名单中超俱樂部又表現出了繼續組隊征戰中超的欲望 ，從中國足球的津门大局考慮 ，為了給中國足球保留更多的虎复活江火種 ，為了給地區青訓發展保留住金字塔的苏退塔尖 ，中國足協緊急進行調整 ，出沧決定再次推遲了聯賽官宣的足协中超准入州递準入時間 。經過協會各個部門一周的加班加點工作，天津津門虎最終奇跡般的留在了中超大家庭當中 。
在今天下午，中國足協終於發布了2021賽季職業聯賽準入資格名單 ，備受關注的衛冕冠軍江蘇隊未獲得準入資格 ，天津津門虎則留在了中超 ，具體通知如下 ：
