在曼聯3-2戰勝爭四對手熱刺的罗领衔朗尼联比賽中 ，C羅上演了帽子戲法 ，克钦粉碎了最近一段時間以來集中在他身上的引擎矛盾焦點 。紅魔主帥朗尼克稱讚了他老而彌堅的个可糕表現，並說他的太糟曼聯隊友必須從這位37歲的超巨身上汲取榜樣的力量 ，在本賽季剩餘的罗领衔朗尼联比賽中挺身而出。
