2月17日下午 ，长春長春亞泰隊在海口完成了2022賽季的亚泰雨中第一堂訓練課。由於海口當地下雨，海口原定的完成外援海邊沙灘跑移到室內 ，訓練內容主要是第练抵达體能恢複訓練 。
16日晚 ，奥科亞泰將士結束42天的雷已假期在海南亞泰溫泉酒店完成集結 ，正式進入2022賽季的顺利上海備戰節奏 。17日一早，长春全隊統一進行核酸檢測 ，亚泰雨中待核酸檢測報告合格後 ，海口在下午開始了虎年的完成外援第一堂訓練課。
近幾天 ，第练抵达海口一直陰雨不斷 ，奥科特別是雷已今日下起了瓢潑大雨 ，長春亞泰隊的首堂訓練課也由室外改到了在室內進行 。在首堂訓練課上 ，亞泰將士在體能教練的帶領下 ，進行了體能恢複訓練 。從訓練質量看 ，隊員們在假期中的自訓效果明顯 ，訓練狀態得到了教練組的好評 。按照訓練計劃 ，球隊近期以體能恢複為主 ，然後將逐步提高訓練強度 ，讓球員逐漸進入備戰狀態 。
值得一提的是 ，外援奧科雷已順利抵達上海 ，並按當地的疫情防控要求接受隔離 。其他外援也將陸續歸隊。
