北京時間1月6日消息 ，2021賽季中超落下帷幕，虎未患下天津津門虎在最後一輪比賽中頑強保級 ，仍需人這支在賽季初還充滿著很多不確定因素的推进踢球隊 ，能夠保級不得不說是股改一個奇跡 ，不過這賽季雖然保級，存隐下賽季卻有更多的赛季問題困擾著這支重組的球隊 。
國內媒體足球報就撰文總結了津門虎的津门结构2021賽季 ，文章中對下賽季津門虎的虎未患下情況也進行了分析 ，足球報首先就指出津門虎最大的仍需人問題就是人員構成不穩定 ，球隊一線陣容中大部分主力球員均為租借加盟 ，推进踢例如巴頓、股改卡達爾 、存隐李鬆益 、赛季金洋洋 、津门结构陳科睿 、石炎等人 ，本賽季結束後合約到期，這些人可以說為津門虎的保級立下了汗馬功勞 ，不過其中有多少人還會在下賽季繼續留在津門虎 ，則不好說。足球報表示 ，如果這些租借球員被所屬球隊收回 ，或者自己有其他的打算 ，津門虎將麵臨再次重新打造球隊的問題 。
還有一個問題就是 ，津門虎賽季初倉促組隊 ，於根偉出任俱樂部總經理並兼任球隊主教練 ，文章表示，像這樣總經理、主教練一肩挑的情況在中超獨此一家 ，且夏窗轉會時 ，津門虎也出現了引進外援前鋒失敗的情況 ，所以未來很可能也會在管理層麵和教練層麵做出改變 。
津門虎想要繼續“活下去” ，股改是必須要推進的 ，在去年重生後的津門虎被天津市體育局托管 ，此後以分立公司的方式剝離了此前俱樂部的債務問題 ，本賽季球隊的運營 ，來自天津當地幾家國企 ，不過這樣的運行方式 ，不是長久之計 ，必須要推進股改 ，盡快確定方向 ，找到穩定的投資商 ，這樣下賽季津門虎才會更好地生存下去 。（DD）
