值得一提的保留巴萨是 ，本次續約過程中 ，条款哈維合同中的官方“巴薩條款”依然被保留 ，即在巴薩邀請哈維執教 ，萨德而後者願意前往的续约情況下 ，雙方將自動解約 。至仍
這個解約也並非全無條件的保留巴萨，“巴薩條款”同時保障了，条款如果哈維離隊執教巴薩的官方話，阿爾薩德將象征性的萨德收取一筆來自於巴薩的費用。
巴薩在最近的续约西甲爭冠過程中再次遭遇滑鐵盧 ，他們在看到了奪冠機會後 ，在4輪比賽中丟掉了7分，生生把到手的大好局麵再次拱手送出 ，主帥科曼的帥位再次風雨飄搖 。
誠然，以巴薩現在的經濟實力，換帥操作阻力頗大，但哈維有別於其他緋聞主帥，一直以來都是一個可選項 。
