巴薩在最近的续约西甲爭冠過程中再次遭遇滑鐵盧，他們在看到了奪冠機會後 ，在4輪比賽中丟掉了7分 ，生生把到手的大好局麵再次拱手送出 ，主帥科曼的帥位再次風雨飄搖 。
誠然，以巴薩現在的經濟實力，換帥操作阻力頗大 ，但哈維有別於其他緋聞主帥 ，一直以來都是一個可選項。
