There are many debates over which Trek series is best. (The only correct answer is 。 Deep Space Nine 。, please do me.) But there's little disagreement over Stewart being one of the best and most popular actors overall.。

There's not much detail on the series yet, though a tweet from the official Star Trek Twitter account notes that it "tells the story of the next chapter in Picard's life."。
Thanks for signing up!。Speaking in a surprise appearance on Saturday at the Star Trek Las Vegas convention, Stewart cautioned that it's still early days for the series. But he said fans can look forward to seeing what a post- 。Next Generation 。

existence means for Picard.。
"He may not be a Captain anymore. He may be someone who has been changed by his experiences," Stewart said (h/t Star Trek Twitter). "We have no scripts as yet. We’re just talking talking talking storylines. It will be something very different but it will come to you with the same passion." 。
Stewart also shared his thoughts on the news in a more formal statement posted to social media.。
