外援方麵 ，重庆州乌兹别阿德裏安租借到上海申花 ，外援卫加鋒線核心卡爾德克加盟深圳 ，已抵西裏諾遭遇重傷今年上半年無緣出戰 ，达广重慶兩江競技的克中新外援也備受球迷關注 。記者從俱樂部獲悉，盟即巴西前鋒“大摩托”費爾南迪尼奧已經抵達廣州並開始隔離，大摩托如果重慶兩江競技最終確定在廣州賽區比賽 ，他結束隔離後將直接與球隊會合 。
據了解，費爾南迪尼奧是從美國飛往中國的 ，之前他陪伴妻子在美國生下了第二個孩子 。但另外一名外援 、“小馬車”馬爾尼西奧歸隊可能會遇到困難 ，因為巴西疫情比較嚴重 ，現在已經沒有航班能夠出境 。
2月26日 ，據德國《轉會市場》透露 ，重慶兩江競技在國際轉會窗截止日壓哨簽下了來自烏茲別克斯坦的圖爾蘇諾夫 。圖爾蘇諾夫今年25歲 ，司職中衛 ，2019年從烏茲別克斯坦國內轉會日本J2聯賽的山口雷法隊 ，2020年加盟了韓國釜山IPark隊 ，今年1月26日成為自由身 。
本賽季 ，重慶兩江競技後防線人員相對吃緊 ，這位年輕中後衛的加盟 ，對於球隊來說顯然是一件好事。盡管目前球隊尚未官宣他的加盟 ，但上遊新聞·重慶晨報記者獲悉，俱樂部已經為這位外援辦好了簽證 ，後者很快將前往中國和球隊會合 。如果他能及時趕到 ，還有機會體驗今年中超第一階段比賽。
